The Oakland County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Team was activated Tuesday afternoon for an incident on Oxbow Lake in White Lake Township, officials said.
Deputy Tyler Sweers, spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, told The Oakland Press that the team was looking for one person submerged in the water. No other information has yet been released.

Oxbow Lake is a private lake located south of M-59, north of Elizabeth Lake Road and east of Teggerdine Road.
