Sac State police investigate on-campus sexual battery incident
A sexual battery incident that took place at Sacramento State earlier this week is under investigation, according to campus police.
The Sacramento State Police Department said that around 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday, the victim was in the parking lot north of Sierra Hall when a male riding an e-bike came up behind them, rode beside them and grabbed their buttocks.
Police said the suspect was wearing a tie-dye shirt, black helmet, black ski mask, dark sunglasses, a dark blue backpack and black football gloves. The e-bike he was riding resembles a motorcycle, police said.
Sacramento State Police are investigating a sexual battery incident that happened on Wednesday. The subject was riding an e-bike.
It is unclear whether the victim was a student.
