The San Diego International Film Festival returns Oct. 13-18, marking its 25th anniversary with six days of screenings and events celebrating film and storytelling. The annual festival showcases films from around the world while highlighting stories and filmmakers from the San Diego community.

Tuesday, Oct. 13: Night of the Stars Tribute

Wednesday, Oct. 14: Opening Night Film & Party

Thursday-Sunday, Oct. 15-18: Independent Films & Studio Premieres

Additional events scheduled throughout the festival

Signature events include the Night of the Stars Tribute, featuring red carpet appearances and the presentation of the Gregory Peck Excellence in Film Award. The festival continues with the Opening Night Film & Party, offering a studio premiere and evening celebration.

Attendees can also enjoy a lineup of independent films, studio premieres, documentaries and short films, as well as filmmaker Q&As and industry panels throughout the festival.
