Who doesn’t want a quiet and clean neighborhood?
The state of California banned the sale of new gas-powered leaf blowers back in 2024. Many cities have banned their use. Unfortunately, the city of San Diego has done neither, and most maintenance companies still use noisy, dirty and seriously unhealthy gas blowers.
Let’s eliminate obnoxious, loud and toxic emissions from gas leaf blowers by using greener garden equipment.
It may be old-fashioned, but rakes and brooms are still the best garden tools and good exercise, too. Electric- and battery-operated blowers provide a green and healthier alternative.
Let’s care for ourselves and the environment and make our neighborhoods a more peaceful place, one garden at a time.
