Northern California forecast: Sunny and comfortable this weekend

Northern California is starting Saturday morning off with clear skies across the Valley and a few scattered clouds hanging out over the Sierra.

Look forward to plenty of sun this weekend. Valley highs will be in the upper-80s. Sacramento will hit 88, which is still a few degrees below normal for this date. Lows are in the mid-50s.

The Sierra will see some breezy conditions Saturday afternoon with winds out of the southwest at 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

Temperatures will be pleasant over the next week, in the mid-80s.
