OC has 62 million-dollar ZIPs. Is yours on the list? – Orange County Register

Orange County had 62 million-dollar ZIP codes in May – up four in a year.

There were 2,328 sales in the period in communities with five or more sales and a median selling price of $1 million, says Attom data. That’s up 39% vs. the previous year. These seven-figure ZIPs accounted for 80% of countywide sales. The busiest million-dollar ZIP was Fountain Valley 92708 with 88 sales.

New to the million-dollar club were: Foothill Ranch 92610, Anaheim 92808, Orange 92865, Cypress 90630, Anaheim 92802, and Garden Grove 92840. Falling below the seven-figure threshold? Orange 92866 and Silverado 92676.

There were 22 ZIPs with prices under $1 million. Sales totaled 600 – up 44% in a year. Busiest sub-million ZIP was Anaheim 92804 with 58 sales.

Overall, the countywide median was $1.22 million – up 2% in a year, with 2,996 sales – up 40% over 12 months.
