A person died and another was detained after San Diego police responded to a report of two people fighting in Clairemont on Monday evening, according to the San Diego Police Department.
Around 5 p.m., SDPD were dispatched to a report of a fight at Santa Fe Street and Damon Avenue.
At some point during the incident, a person died and police detained the other individual, San Diego police said.
