FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A man was arrested in connection with a domestic disturbance case back in July.
Fresno Police officers responded to a home after a report of a domestic violence incident on July 20th.
The victim told police that they were in a dating relationship with the suspect, Miguel Felix.
The victim and Felix have two children in common.
The victim explained that they were in a verbal argument while holding one of the kids until Felix hit the victim on the side of her face.
It resulted in a cut on the inside of her mouth.
According to the victim, Felix then pulled her hair and hit the victim in the head multiple times, causing swelling to the back of her head and left side of her face.
Eventually, a relative was able to call 911.
Felix was gone before police arrived.
On Friday, officers received a notification from an Automated License Plate Reader about Felix’s car.

Officers located Felix and his vehicle at Blackstone Avenue and Sierra Avenue and took him into custody without incident.
He was arrested and booked on felony domestic violence and child endangerment charges.
