LOS ANGELES — Using a trauma-informed approach, Project Blue supports youth starting as early as age 4 and continues to support them as they grow into adulthood.
“Project Blue isn’t just an organization. We’re a movement,” said Project Blue CEO Marc Maye.
Analysis from trauma-informed coaching, mental and physical well-being. Project Blue said students in South LA public schools are, on average, two to three grade levels behind in reading and math. And in the neighborhood of Watts, just 53% of high school students graduate.
Project Blue’s goal is not just giving kids a place to go after school, but also to help students see a future beyond the classroom.
