Tishman Speyer has purchased Rise, a 376-unit luxury apartment complex in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle, the company said Tuesday.

The New York-based company bought the 95%-leased, 340,000-square-foot property at 1910 S. Union St. from PGIM Inc., according to CoStar records.

The price was not disclosed, but Tishman Speyer said it acquired the property through its TS Plus core-plus fund, which has secured $1.08 billion in commitments to date, and partly financed the acquisition with an $88 million Freddie Mac loan.

CBRE Executive Vice Presidents Rachel Parsons and Derrek Ostrzyzek, along with First Vice President Mike Murphy and Senior Associate Kenji Thomas, brokered the transaction.
