(KRON) — Firefighters in Oakland were responding to a fire near the tunnel to Alameda. The single-alarm fire was in a structure on Webster Street between 6th and 7th streets.
OFD said there were approximately 30 firefighters on the scene. Three buildings are being impacted by the fire. The buildings are a mix of residential and commercial.

The call initially came in at 1:08 p.m. As of 2:05 p.m., the fire was under control. One firefighter suffered a minor injury, was treated on the scene and released, OFD said.
The fire was contained two the main building of origin with only minor exposure to two adjoining properties.
Video from the scene showed firefighters dousing the fire with a heavy blast of water. It is not known if traffic in the area is impacted.
No one was displaced as a result of the fire, according to Oakland FD.
