Two people died and two others were taken to the hospital in critical condition following small plane crash in northwest Fresno Saturday, the fire department said.
The Fresno Fire Department said the crash happened at noon on Blythe Avenue, near the Sierra Sky Park Airport.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including PG&E and the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities said electrical power was briefly knocked out for nearby residents during the time of the crash but has since been restored.
