The Bakersfield Police Department asked for the public’s help Friday in identifying a woman who it says removed personal items Aug. 10 from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Real Road.
A BPD news release described her as white and 40 to 50 years old with a large build, brown or blond hair and tattoos on her right arm. It said she wore a black shirt and jean shorts.
