The Bakersfield Police Department requested the public’s help Tuesday in identifying a woman who it says threw an object at a vehicle parked in the 3500 block of Panama Lane.
A BPD news release said the incident at about 2:25 a.m. Aug. 11 caused the vehicle’s windshield to shatter.
It described the suspect as Hispanic, wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, black socks and light-colored shoes.
