Two Sacramento men were arrested after police linked them to a burglary reported along Broadway last month.
Sacramento police said officers responded to an alarm in the 5900 block of Broadway on Aug. 20 and determined a burglary had occurred.
Later that day, officers stopped a vehicle displaying two stolen license plates. Detectives determined the vehicle could be connected to the burglary.
Police said probation searches of the vehicle and the suspects’ residences uncovered additional evidence tied to the case.
Elijah Hamler, 21, and Solomon Darden, 20, both of Sacramento, were arrested on burglary-related charges.
