Hispanic Heritage Month is a month-long cultural celebration that recognizes and advocates for Hispanic culture each year from Sept. 15 to Oct. 16. It highlights Hispanic community traditions and offers an opportunity to explore the remarkable impact the Latinx and Hispanic community has worldwide.
Sacramento State proudly serves a large Hispanic/Latinx student population. According to the Sac State Fact Book, Hispanic students make up 37% of the student body.
