Loved ones are searching for a Southern California girl who has been missing for days.
Mendieta Lopez, 15, was reported missing on Sept. 9, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Lopez, who is considered critically missing, was last seen on the 1400 block of 105th Street in South Los Angeles around 5:30 a.m.
She is 5 feet tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and red hair.

Lopez may have been heading to the San Francisco area when she was last contacted.
Her family did not mention any mental or physical health conditions that would have contributed to her disappearance. They have not heard from her since and are very concerned for her well-being.
A “critically missing person” is defined as:
A person who has no pattern of running away or disappearing
A person in critical need of medical attention
The victim of a crime or foul play
The victim of a kidnapping or parental abduction
A person who is mentally impaired to the extent that such person is unable to care for himself or herself or is an immediate danger to his or her own safety or the safety of others
