Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage & Lawn is screening movies every Wednesday from Sep. 9 to Oct. 28
Downtown Disney is hosting their popular free movie nights this September and October for a second year in a row.
Presented by Honda, the Downtown Disney District is screening outdoor movies every Wednesday night from Sep. 9 to Oct. 28 on its Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage & Lawn.
According to the Orange County Register, Halloween-themed food is available for purchase during the film.
The outdoor shopping district is a place where family and friends can experience the “happiest place on earth” without paying for a park ticket.
At 1565 Disneyland Drive in Anaheim, guests can eat Disney-themed food and drinks, shop for fan merchandise, and listen to live music like Motown, rock, jazz, and reggae on the lawn.
And of course, situated between Din Tai Fung and Parkside Market, the lawn is also hosting Wednesday movie nights.
Last Wednesday, the live-action movie “Cruella” (2021) starring Emma Stone was screened. The district has yet to announce its movie of choice for tonight. While the line-up for the fall is not confirmed, movies will be announced on the district’s Instagram account.

“Hocus Pocus” (1993), “Haunted Mansion” (2003), “Frankenweenie” (2012), and “Hocus Pocus 2” (2022) were among the movies screened last year.
Can’t make it tonight? The next movie screenings are on Sep. 23 and 30, and Oct. 7, 14, 21, and 28.
