PROVO, Utah—Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group announced the addition of Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim to its portfolio of managed hotels. This follows measurable improvements at the hotel since Lodging Dynamics began providing operational consulting services on July 13, 2026. Working closely with ownership and the property team, Lodging Dynamics focused on opportunities to further enhance the guest experience, strengthen operational consistency, and support the hotel’s continued performance.
“Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim is a great example of the value we can create by meeting owners where they are and developing solutions around the specific needs of their hotels,” said Jamie Caraher, president and chief executive officer. “What began as a focused consulting engagement quickly demonstrated the impact of pairing a committed property team with the right operational strategy, accountability, and support. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made together and excited to build on that momentum as we take the next step in our partnership.”
Further expanding the company’s footprint in Southern California, Lodging Dynamics will oversee the hotel’s operations and commercial performance, including guest services, revenue management, sales, marketing, food and beverage, commercial strategy and asset performance. The Provo, Utah-based company will also manage the property’s dining outlets, including an Asian-American fusion restaurant, Tru Grits, and its grab-n-go café.
Located in Anaheim, the 246-room Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim is a Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotel offering convenient access to Disneyland Resort, Disney California Adventure Park, Angel Stadium, and the Anaheim Convention Center. The hotel includes select suites, views of Disneyland Resort fireworks, a 24-hour heated outdoor pool, and multiple food-and-beverage concepts.
