BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — According to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office records, a person died while in custody on Monday, September 14.
According to records, the person was identified as a 42-year-old woman awaiting trial. It said the woman died while at the county jail facility.
The mean and manner of death were listed as “pending investigation.”
