Donna Stephenson
OBITUARY
Donna grew up as an Air Force brat and became a Navy officer and wife, living all over the world. After her husband Thomas left the service, their family settled in San Jose, and Donna went back to school to become a middle school teacher in the Alum Rock School District.
After retirement, Donna loved classes for seniors and travel, visiting six continents and seeing different ecosystems and cultures in numerous countries, including Tanzania, the Galapagos Islands, and countries all around the Mediterranean.
Family was everything to Donna. She will be missed by everyone she leaves behind.
A visitation will be held on September 24, 2026, from 5-7pm at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary. A funeral service will be held on Sept. 25, 2026, at 12:30pm at St. Victor’s Catholic Church, followed by burial at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
