BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Just days after his death, Kern County officials have identified 31-year-old Rafael Oyosa Roman as the man killed in Tuesday’s one-car crash.
Officials said Roman, of Bakersfield, was the operator of a vehicle that veered off the road and overturned at Sycamore Road, west of Edison Road in Arvin on Sept. 15.
Law enforcement said Roman was determined to be deceased at the scene around 11:29 p.m.
