The investigation began when a 20-year-old Detroit man was found dead in the front passenger’s seat of a car in the area of Williams Lake Road and Hanford Drive at around 6 a.m. on Sept. 15.
Three men who were in the car at the time of the shooting told police where the shooting happened. According to authorities, four men went to the pre-arranged location to meet a woman when they were ambushed by several men with assault rifles who fired at the car, striking the front seat passenger.
