FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Nearly 300 people gathered at Woodward Park to participate in the annual Stride for Hope on Saturday.

The Stride for Hope event raises funds for organ donor families and transplant recipients.

The event included a 5K walk, a kids’ dash, music, guest speakers, and so much more.

E’tiffany Jones, the VP of Marketing and Communications, said, “I like to say that we hit a milestone in the state of California. We have 20 million registered donors that is 20 million individuals that have made the decision to say yes, and that means that more lives can be saved.”
