A man was hospitalized after being shot in what authorities described as a possible robbery in Sacramento County Monday night.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said it received numerous calls just before 10 p.m. about a person being shot in the area of the 5200 block of Young Street.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
The Sheriff’s Office said there may have been two suspects involved. Deputies are working to determine the identities of any possible suspects and a possible motive.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
