It’s well known to anybody who’s dined in Emeryville – historic motto, “the rottenest city on the Pacific Coast” — that the food is anything but.
Some fantastic restaurants call the little city home, serving everything from inventive Taiwanese to oh-so-crispy katsu to some of the best baklava in the Bay.

Now, anybody with a few bucks and time on their hands has a good excuse to go munching in Emeryville. The city’s 2026 restaurant week runs Oct. 1-11, featuring more than 30 eateries offering prix-fixe meals, menu specials and discounts of more than 15%.
The lineup is too long to post in full, but here – chosen mostly at random – is some of what’s being offered. For the complete list and a map of participating businesses, visit the Emeryville Restaurant Week website (destinationemeryville.com/restaurant-week-lineup).
