The minimum wage in the city of San Diego, California, will rise to $18.35, from $17.75, on Jan. 1, 2027, according to a notice posted to the city’s website.
The minimum wage applies to any employee who works at least two hours in one workweek within the city limits.
Multilingual versions of the notice are available in English and Spanish, Chinese and Tagalog, and Vietnamese, and include a directive to “post where employees can easily read.”
