The Los Angeles Chocolate Salon comes to the Pasadena Convention Center on Sunday, October 4, for its 18th annual edition, with chocolate tasting, demonstrations, chef talks and ongoing interviews by TasteTV’s Chocolate Television program.
Featured chocolatiers include Mignon Chocolate, COBA Espresso Chocolate and Blue Canary Sweets. Salon entry includes all chocolate tastings and demonstrations.
Chef and cookbook author Tara Punzone of Pura Vita West Hollywood will give a cookbook author talk on “Vegana Italiana.” Vladimir Litt of Truffles N Toffee will lead a panel called “Let’s Talk Chocolate!” Lee Scott Theisen will present “Let’s Taste Chocolate: Bean to Bar Chocolate Vs Mass Manufactured Chocolate.”
Buy ahead to save a few dollars. Tickets are $22.50 online and $25 at the door, $10 for children 6 to 12 and free for children under 6.
