Hi, I’m Jujubee! I’m a sweet little kitten with lots of love to give and plenty of curiosity to keep me busy. I love playing, exploring, getting cozy, and making new friends. I’m still discovering the world and always ready for my next adventure. I’d love a kitten-appropriate home to grow and thrive in! Visit the website of the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society at berkeleyhumane.org to learn more and schedule a meeting with me.

Aloha is the sweetest senior gal with the most endearing smile. This 10-year-old Pittie loves spending time outside, whether she’s lounging in the sunshine, rolling in the grass or enjoying a leisurely walk. Aloha knows what she wants, which is usually treats, and loves pets and ear scratches. This laid-back, affectionate girl is ready for someone to spend her days with. Aloha is currently with a foster family, and you can schedule time to meet her in Oakland. The East Bay SPCA offers walk-in adoptions at its Oakland and Dublin campuses from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. For updated and real-time information on programs and offerings, visit eastbayspca.org/adoptions.

Meet Huncho, a handsome 2-year-old Chow Chow mix with a fluffy coat and a goofy side. Like many Chow Chows, he can be reserved with new people and unfamiliar situations, so he needs a Chow-experienced home willing to give him time, structure, and consistency. Once he trusts you, Huncho enjoys pets, playtime, calm walks, and has had positive interactions with both people and other dogs. He is still building confidence and working on leash skills, especially around exciting distractions. Huncho is looking for someone patient who will give him the chance to thrive. To meet this pet at Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter, call 510-337-8565 or visit alamedaanimalshelter.org/adopt.
