Anaheim-based Bottle Logic Brewing is merging with The Bruery and Offshoot Beer Co. in Placentia to form The Bruery Group to oversee all three brands.
The transaction was announced in September and will be completed later this year.
“Bringing together two teams known for innovation sparks ideas neither would have alone. The combined business adds the structure and resources to make them real,” Barry Holmes, CEO of the newly formed Bruery Group, said in a statement.
Bottle Logic was founded by Wes Parker and Brandon Buckner in Anaheim in 2013. Its tasting room will remain open while Bottle Logic beers will now be available through The Bruery’s direct-to-consumer platform, which ships to 43 states.
“The marketing and logistics resources of The Bruery Group allow Bottle Logic to build on everything our team and our fans have created while keeping the things that define the brand at its core,” Parker said in a statement.
