Daveon Hall, 21, charged
OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. – A Pontiac man is facing charges after he allegedly waved a 3D-printed gun while his ex-girlfriend was trying to gather her belongings at his home.
Daveon Hall, 21, was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon and brandishing a firearm in public.
According to the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office, Hall’s ex-girlfriend went to his home with friends on Oct. 1 to gather her belongings. When they parked nearby, Hall went outside and allegedly waved a gun that had a visible switch device.
Investigators recovered the gun from Hall’s home and said it appeared to be a 3D-printed gun, as it had no serial number or manufacturer markings.
Hall faces up to five years in prison and/or a $2,500 fine for possession of a dangerous weapon — machine gun. He also faces up to 90 days in jail and/or a $100 fine.
