BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Kern County Employers’ Training Resource is helping local job seekers prepare for their next career opportunity. The Job Search Assistance Class is a four-day program designed to help people strengthen their job search skills, including building a résumé, completing applications, networking and preparing for interviews.

Job seekers can also take advantage of the Job Hub, which connects people with employers and provides additional job search resources every Tuesday at 9 a.m.
