FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A woman is in the hospital after she was shot in northwest Fresno Wednesday night.
Police were called out to an apartment complex on Shaw and Polk before 8 pm.
Officers arrived and found the woman with a gunshot wound to her arm.
She was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
No gunman information has been released.
Officers are using evidence inside the apartment to piece together what led to the shooting.
