On Thursday, detectives served search warrants at six locations throughout Sacramento County, Modesto and Tulare County and arrested the three suspects the homicide and conspiracy charges.
The Sheriff’s Office has not released any other details about the investigation, including the manner of Suastegui-Velazquez’s death of the suspected circumstances that might have led to his death.
