Folsom residents will soon have a new source of French-style sweet treats, starting this month.
Earlier this year, Estelle Bakery announced it would be opening its fourth location in 2026, at 400 Iron Point Road. The bakery is known for its elegant cakes, sweet and savory pastries, and its breakfast and lunch offerings.

Owner Esther Som opened the first Estelle Bakery in Sacramento in 2011. Currently, there are two locations in Sacramento, at 2530 Arden Way and in DOCO downtown, with another at 2710 5th St. in Davis.
According to Estelle Bakery’s Facebook page, the Folsom location is scheduled to open in October 2026. However, they have yet to officialy announce the opening date.
