SAN FRANCISCO — Four people were arrested last week around California and in the state of Georgia on allegations that they were involved in shooting a San Francisco 49ers player at a nightclub in the city’s Mission District in February.

Multiple firearms and about 15 pounds of narcotics were allegedly seized during the arrests, according to the San Francisco Police Department.

The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office said two of the four would make an initial appearance in San Francisco Superior Court on Wednesday, while two others who were arrested in Stockton and Atlanta will be transferred to San Francisco to face the allegations.

The victim, Keion White, is a 27-year-old defensive end who has played for the San Francisco 49ers since 2025. He was shot in the ankle on Feb. 9 at a private Super Bowl party at the Dahlia Lounge SF nightclub in the 1700 block of Mission Street, according to the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.

The District Attorney’s Office said in a statement that the people involved “fired their guns” in the downstairs VIP area of the club following the Super Bowl. It was unclear if White was targeted. White allegedly got into an argument involving rapper “Lil Baby” before he was shot in the ankle, according to reports.

Charges were pending against the other two men believed to have been involved.

Three of the suspects were arrested on Oct. 7 in Atlanta, Stockton, and Irvine, after a multi-jurisdictional operation over several months that included over 50 search warrants being served, the SFPD said in a statement. The operation was named “D-line,” the Police Department said.

The fourth man was arrested in Southern California on Friday.

Police in Atlanta alleged that over 3,800 grams of fentanyl were found when a 38-year-old man was arrested at his residence, along with an illegal firearm and over 800 grams of suspected MDMA, nearly 1,000 grams of cocaine, and over 1,000 grams of methamphetamine.

The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office assisted SFPD officers in the arrest in Stockton of a 36-year-old man, who was accused of possessing a firearm, over 120 oxycodone pills and thousands of dollars in cash.

That same day, a 35-year-old Curtis Green was arrested in Irvine on a warrant related to the shooting allegations.

Gregory Walker, 36, was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department in Southern California two days later, SFPD said.

Walker and Green were charged with different firearm-related crimes and other charges Wednesday, according to the DA’s Office.

Walker was charged with assault with a semi-automatic firearm, while Green was charged with brandishing a firearm and other related allegations.

SFPD says this is an ongoing investigation.
