The San Francisco 49ers concluded their practice week Friday in preparation for Sunday’s game against the Cardinals and have an injury report not even comparable to their opponent.

The 49ers have six players on their report with injuries, and five have no game status designation while fully practicing Friday. Only starting cornerback Deommodore Lenoir is questionable. He was added to the report as limited Thursday with a calf injury suffered in practice and did not practice Friday.

Asked how serious the injury is, head coach Kyle Shanahan said, “I mean, tried to go today, didn’t. We’re going to get an MRI here. Didn’t think it was that serious. Did a jog-in from a drill. Just some tightness. We’ll find out more when we get an MRI.”

The full details of their final injury report are below. After each player’s injury, there is the daily status, which is either no status (NS), did not practice (DNP), limited (LIM) or Full. Starters are noted with an asterisk.

Purdy suffered a toe injury in Week 1, missed the following two games and then aggravated the injury in Week 4. This is his first game back since then. Shanahan said Thursday, “I thought he was real close last week. Last week, we were considering it, even getting him up at least to be a backup and stuff, but we thought it would help him one more week.

“Just speaking with him and stuff, and watching him this whole week, I think he looked great in practice this week. And I can’t tell any difference in how Brock’s always been. So, I think he made it a pretty easy decision for us. So, no point in messing around. It’s time to go.”

Pearsall has missed the last six games, but will be back on the field Sunday. “He’s had a good week,” Shanahan said Thursday. “He’s done some good things. We’ve got to be smart with him, easing him back in. You can’t just throw a guy out to run all these routes as much as you do when you’ve been out six weeks.”
