Australian singer-songwriter Troye Sivan is parting with his midcentury Los Angeles property, listing it for $2.545 million earlier this month.
Sivan, 30, known for his hit songs “Rush” and “One of Your Girls” as well as acting roles in “The Idol” and “X-Men Origins: Wolverine,” bought the Hollywood Hills home in 2017 for $2.15 million using a trust, records on PropertyShark show.
Sivan briefly put the home on the rental market, asking as much as $17,950 a month at the end of 2022, records show. He took it off the market in March 2023. Sivan wasn’t available for comment.
Built in 1958, the modern home has a white exterior contrasted by a dark, arched front door and garage door. It stands on a cul-de-sac in the canyons below Mulholland Drive.
Inside, the home has been “reimagined” with midcentury-style interiors that mix wood tones, adding warmth to the 3,195-square-foot home, according to the listing with Jenna Cooper of Compass.
The home “effortlessly blends architectural integrity and emotional warmth,” Cooper said.

The main living space has an open kitchen that flows into a sitting area with a large fireplace and near floor-to-ceiling windows. In between the two rooms, there’s space for a dining table.
There are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, with an upstairs primary suite that features a walk-in closet, a fireplace, and a bathroom with a sunken soaking tub and a separate shower. The second floor also has a skylit den with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves.

“Every space has been designed to invite calm and creativity, which reflects both the home’s heritage and the artistic energy of its owner,” Cooper said.
Outside, amenities include a pool, a patio and a fire pit with a seating area. There’s also an attached two-car garage.
