SAN JOSE, Calif.—Tatiana Robinson hit a team-best .684 as the San José State volleyball team swept Air Force, 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, 25-23) Saturday afternoon in a Mountain West match inside Spartan Gym.

Robinson led the team with 14 kills on 19 attempts and only one hitting error. She also contributed four blocks and four digs.
Naima Foster added 11 kills for the Spartans as she hit .355 on the day with 31 attempts and no hitting errors.
Fatimah Hall had another long stat line with 33 assists, eight digs, two service aces, two block assists and a kill.
Morgan Graves added nine kills, four digs and two blocks.
Ava Hewitt-Smith led the Spartans in blocking for the seventh consecutive match with eight total blocks, four solo and four assists.
Talita dos Santos Gonçalves led the defense with 18 digs and added three assists.
The Spartans (8-9, 3-3) outblocked Air Force, 12-6.
San José State fell behind 6-0 in the first set and slowly chipped away at the Falcon lead before taking he lead for good at 17-16 on a Hewitt-Smith and Graves block and won 25-23 on a block by Alyssa Bjork and Hall.
The Spartans won the second set 25-16 on a Graves kill.
The third set featured runs by both teams, first by SJSU, who jumped out to a 4-0 lead. Air Force used a 6-2 run later in the set to tie the match at 10-10.
The Falcons led 22-17 before SJSU tied the match at 23-23 and won 25-23 on a Robinson and Hewitt-Smith block.

UP NEXT – The Spartans go on the road for a match at Boise State on Thursday, October 16 at 6 pm MT/5 pm PT. The team returns for a home match next Saturday, October 18, against Fresno State. First serve is set for 1 p.m., inside Spartan Gym. The match can also be seen on NBC Sports Bay Area and the Mountain West Network.
