Demi Lovato is performing at the Hollywood Palladium the night after the release of her new album “It’s Not That Deep”.

Demi Lovato is set to release her new album “IT’S NOT THAT DEEP” later this month, and even with three of the songs and music videos already released, she is still full of surprises. Just last month, it was announced that Camp Rock 3 was under production. Demi Lovato announced her part in the movie with a simple post to Instagram captioned “this is me (in my producer era)” of her on the Camp Rock 3 set. Lovato and the Jonas Brothers will return as producers of the movie; however, unlike the Jonas Brothers, Lovato has not mentioned whether she will be returning to her role in the series. Following that announcement, Lovato dropped another bomb on Monday, when she announced a one-night-only concert at the Hollywood Palladium on October 25th. As this is the day after the album release, she is expected to play songs from the album, but she assured fans in her post on Instagram that it is “a night to celebrate It’s Not That Deep + all of my favorite songs from the years that have led us to this moment”.  The tickets went on sale the same day, and with a venue capacity of 4000, the tickets sold out within 20 minutes.

This is Lovato’s first time on stage since she toured for her album “Holy Fvck” in 2022. While on that tour, Lovato shared via Instagram stories she did not want to tour again, “I’m so f–king sick I can’t get out of bed…I can’t do this anymore. This next tour will be my last”. This reaction seems to be the reason why Lovato is only doing one show, in order to celebrate the album, but not overexert herself. However, due to the extreme demand, with reportedly over 200,000 people entering the queue, it appears Lovato’s team has started to look at other, bigger venues, potentially hinting at a tour. A tour would be a perfect opportunity because it aligns with the album release, the only thing holding them back would be Lovato’s aversion to touring.

Lovato’s album was announced on September 15, with an 11-song tracklist. Fast, Here All Night, and Kiss have been released since then. On Tuesday, it was announced that Lovato will be the first artist to go “Live from Roku City”, a new feature that will be available to Roku users, featuring live performances from artists. Lovato will perform “Here All Night” and a cover of “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”, and Roku will also share behind-the-scenes photos and footage to round out the experience. With eight albums to date, all ranking in the Top 10 of Billboard 200, just like the Grammy winner, we are counting down the days until the album release.
