Sacramento’s Country in the Park celebrates 26 years May 8-9 at Cal Expo with Miranda Lambert, Jon Pardi, Chris Young, Turnpike Troubadours & more.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento’s beloved country music festival, KNCI’s Country in the Park, is returning for its 26th year with a two-day celebration featuring some of the biggest names in country music. 

The festival will take place on Friday, May 8, and Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Cal Expo.

This year’s lineup is packed with chart-topping talent, including Miranda Lambert, Jon Pardi, Chris Young, Turnpike Troubadours, Dylan Scott, Kameron Marlowe, as well as rising stars Mackenzie Carpenter, Shane Proffit, Meghan Patrick and Atlus. 

Fans can expect high-energy performances, sing-alongs and a weekend full of unforgettable moments.

Country in the Park has become a Sacramento tradition, attracting tens of thousands of fans annually. 

The festival offers more than just music, with food, drinks and a lively festival atmosphere for country music lovers of all ages.

Tickets for the event will go on sale Monday at 8 a.m. and can be purchased here

Organizers encourage fans to purchase early, as previous years have sold out quickly and the 2026 edition is expected to draw record crowds.
