BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Salvation Army, Bakersfield Corps is bringing back its iconic red kettle campaign this holiday season.
The 134th annual Red Campaign started on Nov. 21, 2025 and will last through Dec. 24, 2025.
The initiative aims to collect spare change and other donations from holiday shoppers, with all funds staying within the community.
This year, several local celebrities are joining the effort to help ring the bell and collect donations.
A feature allows donors to “tap to give” by using their credit cards.
