Guadalupe Valencia, 39, of Sacramento, allegedly shot a man just after 2:45 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of Harris Avenue, according to the Sacramento Police Department. First responders performed life-saving measures at the scene, though the man later died at the hospital, officers said.
The shooting was an isolated incident, and there is no ongoing threat to the community, police said Friday.
