BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Cherry Acres in Bakersfield is hosting a Toys for Tots event on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Attendees can enjoy feeding and petting animals, browsing vendors, horse and wagon rides, and food and drinks with Chuy’s.
Activities also include writing letters to Santa, exploring a corn maze, and enjoying sunflowers and any leftover pumpkins. Photos with Santa require a reservation.
Organizers request attendees bring new, unopened, and unwrapped toys, which can be used as entry for the whole family.
Alternatively, admission is $5 per person, with children ages 2 and under admitted free.
