Armed suspect potentially barricaded in South Sacramento apartment, police say

(FOX40.COM) — An armed suspect has potentially barricaded himself in a South Sacramento apartment on Sunday, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

SPD said officers received a domestic violence call around 11:30 a.m. in the 6200 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

According to police, the suspect is believed to be armed and potentially barricaded inside the residence.

Officers have the location surrounded and are communicating with the Sheriff’s Office SWAT team to assist.
