A Fairfield man is facing several charges, including making a terrorist threat.
40-year-old Phillip Earl Allen, Jr., is being held in the Jefferson County Jail in Bessemer on a $109,000 bond. Court records show Allen reportedly made consistent threats of violence toward a woman, including allegedly firing four gunshots outside of her home earlier this month, causing her to leave her house and stay in a hotel.
Allen is also accused of breaking and entering the woman’s vehicle to retrieve a gun and a purse containing her debit cards. He is also facing several other charges in connection to this case, including domestic violence-stalking, intimidating a witness, criminal mischief and theft of property.
