Police are investigating what led to a man being hit and killed by a car in northeast Fresno.
It happened around 6 pm Sunday near Bullard and First.
Traffic was diverted away from the scene for hours following the crash.
Fresno police said the driver of the car remained at the scene.
Officers do not believe drugs or alcohol are factors in the crash.
“We do believe that the pedestrian is at fault from what the preliminary investigation is showing us,” says Fresno Police Lt. Henry Garcia.
