A 23-year-old missing man was last seen in Long Beach in September.
According to the California Department of Justice, Lafitani “Tani” Toutai has been missing since Sept. 13, when he was last heard from. However, a missing person’s poster shared by community members online states that he was last seen on Sept. 11 and was last heard from on Sept. 15 via text message.
He is described as a Samoan man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and a full beard, according to the California Department of Justice. The community flier lists his weight at 215 pounds and his height as 5 feet 10 inches.
