A cement truck crashed Tuesday morning in the south Sacramento area, causing some traffic congestion for the morning commute. The Sacramento Police Department said the solo-vehicle crash happened just before 5:40 a.m., and the driver was not injured. The truck overturned in the center median of 47th Avenue just west of Stockton Boulevard. It is on the center median and is blocking one lane in each direction.
