Hundreds of volunteers with L.A. Mission served Thanksgiving meals and provided services to thousands along Skid Row on Wednesday.
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Hundreds of volunteers served Thanksgiving meals and provided services to thousands along Skid Row on Wednesday.
The L.A. Mission has served meals the day before Thanksgiving for nearly 90 years. Those who joined the event received more than a meal – they also get a sense of community and belonging at what can be a difficult time of year.
